Cancellations

Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hours notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed in advance, because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.

Less than 24-hours notice may result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

No-shows may be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members' schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. Free Spirit Salon policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing our established and future clientele. Pricing

All prices are starting prices and may vary by stylists. Prices may also vary due to length, texture and condition of your hair. If you would like to know the exact price of your service, please feel free to consult with your stylist or technician prior to the start of your service.

Prescriptions

Please make sure to inform your stylist or technician if you are using any doctor prescribed skin care products or taking any medications, as these may affect the results of your service.

Children

We strive to create a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for all of our guests. Many of our guests are also parents and look forward to “their” time. We request children be brought into the salon only when they have an appointment. Please make babysitting arrangements in advance and come enjoy the experience without your little ones.

Cell Phones

Please silence your cell phones prior to arrival. Be mindful of other guests' space. While welcome to engage in quiet conversation, please refrain from loud talking. Many guests savor a much-needed private moment.

Service Deposit

Any services of three hours or longer require a deposit of half the amount of the service when booking. Failure to provide proper notice for cancellation will result in loss of deposit.
